         تنظيم قنصلية متنقلة إلى برمنغهام

تُفيد القنصلية العامة للجزائر بلندن إلى علم مواطنيها الأعزاء المقيمين بمدينة برمنغهام والمقاطعات المجاورة لها، أنها ستنظم قنصلية متنقلة بمدينة بيرمنغهام، يوم الأحد 12 أكتوبر 2025 من الساعة التاسعة (09:00) صباحا إلى الساعة  (18:00) مساء، في مكان سيتم تحديده لاحقا

خلال هذا اليوم، سيتم تقديم العديد من الخدمات القنصلية، ومن أجل ذلك ندعوا المواطنين الراغبين في تجديد جواز سفرهم  البيومتري  أو  في استصدار جواز سفر لأول مرة، إرسال ملف كامل عبر البريد في أجل أقصاه 06 أكتوبر 2025. يتكون  الملف من

-استمارة الطلب مملوءة وموقعة من طرف المعني أو الوصي القانوني بالنسبة للأطفال القصر، يمكن تحميلها  من موقع القنصلية العامة  www.algerian-consulate.org.uk

بطاقة التسجيل القنصلي

إثبات الإقامة أو الجنسية

شهادة الميلاد الأصلية S12 للراغبين في استصدار من القنصلية العامة بلندن جواز سفر لأول مرة أو لحاملي جوازات منتهية الصلاحية والصادرة في الجزائر أو في أي مكان اخر غير القنصلية العامة بلندن 

صورتان (02) شخصيتان حديثتان

شهادة عمل أو شهادة إثبات الدراسة بالنسبة للطلبة

إثبات العنوان الشخصي بالمملكة المتحدة

مستخرج من شهادة الزواج للمرأة المتزوجة أو مستخرج حكم الطلاق للمرأة المطلقة

جواز السفر المنتهي الصلاحية أو الذي صلاحيته أقل من ستة أشهر

ملاحظة: يرجى من المواطنين تزويدنا بأرقام هاتفهم من أجل التواصل معهم

يتم دفع رسوم جواز السفر نقدا أو عن طريق حوالة بريدية،

                                  بالنسبة للبالغين

جواز سفر 28 صفحة :  55 جنيه إسترليني

جواز سفر 48 صفحة  : 82.5  جنيه إسترليني

بالنسبة للقُصَّر

جواز سفر 28 صفحة :  27.50  جنيه إسترليني

جواز سفر 48 صفحة  : 55 جنيه إسترليني

في حالة ضياع جواز سفر أو إتلافه، يتم دفع ضريبة إضافية 100 جنيه إسترليني للبالغين، و50 للقصر  

ملاحظات مهمة

الحضور إجباري للمواطنين الراغبين في إصدار جواز السفر البيومتري أو تجديده.  يستثنى من الحضور الأطفال القصر (أقل من 12 سنة)، وفي هذه الحالة، يجب تقديم الطلب من قبل الوصي القانوني مرفوقا بصور تتوافق مع معايير المنظمة الدولية للطيران المدني

سيتم تحديد مواعيد بالنسبة  للمواطنين الذين تقدموا بطلب جواز سفر من أجل إتمام إجراءات أخذ الصور البيومترية وتسجيل البصمات والتوقيع الالكتروني. (لا يمكن القيام بهذه الإجراءات إذا لا يتم  إرسال الملفات مسبقا)

Organizing a mobile consulate to Birmingham

The Consulate General of Algeria in London informs all members of our community  residing in Birmingham and the nearer counties that it will organize a mobile consulate to provide consular services in the city of Birmingham on Sunday, 12 October 2025, from nine (9:00) a.m. to six (6:00) p.m, at a location to be determined in the near future.                                   

During this day, many consular services will be provided. We invite our citizens who wish to renew their biometric passport, or requesting it for the first time, to send us a complete file in advance, by poste no later than the 06^th of October 2025, mentioning their mobile number.  The file shall include:

• The application form filled out and signed by the person concerned or the legal guardian for minor children, which can be downloaded from the Consulate General’s website algerian-consulate.org.uk.
• Consular registration card.
• Proof of residence and nationality.
• The original Birth Certificate S12 for those wishing to obtain, from the Consulate General in London, a passport for the first time, or for holders of expired passports issued in Algeria or anywhere else other than the Consulate General in London.
• Two (02) photos.
• Work certificate or proof of study for students.
• Proof of personal address in the United Kingdom.
• Extract of marriage certificate for married women, or divorce decree extract for divorced women.
• The expired passport.

Passport fees are paid in cash or by postal order.

For Adults

Ordinary passport, 28 pages, £55
Ordinary passport, 48 pages, £82.50

For Minors:
Ordinary passport 28 pages, £27.50
Ordinary passport 48 pages, £55
In the event of lost or damaged passport, an additional tax must be paid £100 for adults/£50 for minors

Important Notes:

• The presence of the passport applicants is mandatory except children under 12 years. In this case, the application must be submitted by the legal guardian and photos must comply with ICAO standards.
• Appointments will be set for citizens who applied for a passport, to enrol biometric data (fingerprints, photos, electronic signatures); biometric enrolment cannot be

carried out if the application has not been previously sent to the Consulate General before the mentioned deadline. (Please respect your given slot).

Citizens may also, on this occasion, contact us in advance regarding:

• Collection of the passport and/or biometric national identity card, by providing the file number appearing on the deposit receipt.
• Consular registration.
• National service deferment, or exemption
• Registration of British civil status acts in the Algerian civil status records.
• Certification of documents and issuance of powers of attorney (upon presentation of a valid Algerian passport or identity card)
• Parental authorization for travel.
