تحيط القنصلية العامة للجزائر بلندن المواطنين الجزائريين المسجلين في القائمة الانتخابية للمركز القنصلي بلندن علـما بأنه طبقا لأحكام الأمر رقم 21-01 المؤرخ في 10 مارس 2021 المتضمن القانون العضوي المتعلق بنظام الانتخابات المعدل والمتمم ، فإن فترة إعداد الوكالات للانتخابات التشريعية ليوم 02 جويلية 2026، تمتد من يوم 20 أفريل إلى غاية يوم 28 جوان 2026 ، ثلاثة (03) أيام قبل تاريخ الاقتراع .
وعليه، يمكن للناخبين الذين يتعذر أداء واجبـهم يوم الاقتراع ممارسة حقهم في التصويت بالوكالة، مع الإشارة إلى أنه:
- لا تمنح الوكالة إلا لوكيل واحد مسجل في القائمة الانتخابية للقنصلية العامة؛
- تحرر الوكالة دون مصاريف وعلى الموكل إثبات هويته، ولا يشترط حضور الوكيل؛
- يكون المُوَكل يوم الانتخاب مرفوقا بالوكالة وبطاقة تعريفه وبطاقة الناخب الخاصة بالوكيل؛
تتم المصادقة على الوكالة على مستوى المصالح القنصلية من خلال الاستمارة المخصصة من طرف السلطة الوطنية المستقلة للانتخابات ، والتي يمكن طلبها وسحبـها من القنصلية العامة بلندن أو تحميلها عبر الرابط التالي:

Proxy Voting
The Consulate General of Algeria in London informs Algerian citizens registered on the electoral roll of the London consular district that, in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 21-01 of 10 March 2021, containing the Organic Law relating to the electoral system, as amended and supplemented, the period for establishing proxy authorizations for the legislative elections scheduled for 2 July 2026 runs from 20 April to 28 June 2026, i.e. three (03) days before the date of the vote.
Accordingly, voters who are unable to fulfil their voting duty on polling day may exercise their right to vote by proxy. It should be noted that:
- A proxy may only be granted to one representative who is registered on the electoral roll of the Consulate General;
- The proxy is issued free of charge. The principal must provide proof of identity, and the presence of the representative is not required;
- On election day, the representative must present the proxy document, their own ID, and the voter card of the principal;
The proxy must be certified by the consular services using the official form provided by the Independent National Authority for Elections. This form can be requested and collected from the Consulate General in London or downloaded via the following link:
