بيان إلى أبناء الجالية الجزائرية المقيمة بالمملكة المتحدة

بمناسبة تولي القنصل العام الجديد بلندن لمهامه يود هذا الأخير أن يؤكد حرصه على تعزيز التواصل المباشر مع أبناء الجالية الجزائرية المقيمة بالمملكة المتحدة و الاستماع إلى مشاغلهم و احتياجتهم، والعمل على تطوير آليات التواصل والخدمات القنصلية بما يضمن مزيدًا من القرب والفاعلية وسرعة الاستجابة.

وفي هذا الإطار، تعلن القنصلية العامة عن اعتماد نهج جديد في التواصل مع أبناء الجالية، يقوم على تسهيل الوصول إلى القنصلية، وتنظيم قنوات التواصل، وتوجيه كل طلب إلى المصلحة القنصلية المختصة، بما يضمن سرعة دراسة الملفات والرد عليها ومتابعتها بالشكل المناسب.

وحرصًا على أن يكون رئيس المركز القنصلي قريبًا من أبناء الجالية، فقد تم تخصيص البريد إلكتروني الموالي للتواصل المباشر مع القنصل العام : info@ algerian-consulate.org.uk

كما يُرجى تخصيص هذا البريد للمواضيع والحالات التي تستدعي بالفعل تدخل رئيس البعثة، ولا سيما الحالات الخاصة أو الاستثنائية، أو المسائل التي تتجاوز نطاق الإجراءات القنصلية والإدارية المعتادة واختصاصات المصالح بالقنصلية العامة.

ونؤكد أن هذا التنظيم لا يهدف بأي شكل من الأشكال إلى الحد من التواصل مع رئيس البعثة القنصلية، وإنما يهدف إلى تسهيل وصول كل مواطن إلى المصلحة المختصة بطلبه، وتسريع معالجة الملفات، وتعزيز فعالية العمل القنصلي.

أما بالنسبة للحالات العادية و المتعلقة بالمصالح القنصلية، ولتسهيل وتسريع معالجة الطلبات، نرجو منكم توجيه مراسلاتكم والاستفسارات ذات الطابع الإداري مباشرة إلى المصلحة المختصة، بحسب طبيعة كل موضوع، وذلك عبر عناوين البريد الإلكتروني أدناه.

إن القنصلية الجزائرية في لندن تؤكد التزامها بتعزيز التواصل مع أبناء الجالية، والانفتاح على مقترحاتهم وملاحظاتهم، والعمل المستمر على تطوير الخدمات المقدمة إليهم.وتؤكد القنصلية أنها ستظل حريصة على خدمة أبناء الجالية ومساندتهم وتيسير شؤونهم القنصلية، في إطار القوانين واللوائح والاختصاصات المعمول بها، مع احترام قوانين البلد المضيف.

Statement to members of the Algerian community residing in the United Kingdom

On the occasion of assuming his new duties as Consul General of Algeria in London, the Consul General wishes to reaffirm his commitment to strengthening direct communication with members of the Algerian community residing in the United Kingdom, listening to their concerns and needs, and working to improve communication mechanisms and consular services in a manner that ensures greater proximity, efficiency and responsiveness.

In this context, the Consulate General announces the adoption of a new approach to communication with members of the community, aimed at facilitating access to the Consulate, organising communication channels, and directing each request to the competent department, thereby ensuring that cases are promptly reviewed, responded to and appropriately followed up.

In order to ensure that the Head of the Consular Post remains close to members of the community, the following general email address has been designated for direct communication with the Consul General: info@ algerian-consulate.org.uk

This email address is intended for matters and cases that genuinely require the personal attention of the Head of Post. It does not cover routine or ordinary cases, or matters falling within standard consular procedures and the responsibilities of the various departments of the Consulate General.

We emphasise that this arrangement is not intended in any way to limit communication with the Head of the Consulate. Rather, it aims to facilitate each citizen’s access to the competent department handling their request, speed up the processing of cases, and enhance the efficiency of consular services.

For routine cases and matters relating to consular services, and in order to facilitate and speed up the processing of requests, please direct your correspondence and administrative enquiries directly to the competent department according to the subject concerned, using the email addresses listed in the table below.

The Consulate General of Algeria in London reaffirms its commitment to strengthening communication with members of the community, remaining open to their suggestions and observations, and continuously working to develop its services in order to serve them better.

The Consulate General will continue to be committed to serving and assisting members of the community and facilitating their consular affairs, within the framework of the applicable laws and regulations, while respecting the laws of the host country.
