Homeتنظيم قنصلية متنقلة لفائدة الجالية الوطنية بمدينة مانشستر
في إطار تعزيز سياسة القرب والتواصل مع الجالية الوطنية نظّمت القنصلية العامة للجزائر بلندن قنصلية متنقلة بمانشستر يوم 26 أفريل 2026 بالتنسيق والتعاون مع فعاليات المجتمع المدني.
وقد شهدت هذه العملية التي دارت في ظروف تنظيمية ولوجستية مميزة، إقبالاً غير مسبوق فاق كل التوقعات، حيث استفاد منها أكثر من 500 مواطناً من مانشستر ومختلف مدن شمال المملكة المتحدة، وتميزت بحضور واسع لمختلف فئات الجالية، من شباب وعائلات وكبار السن.
وشملت الخدمات القنصلية المقدمة جملة من المعاملات الأساسية، على غرار استقبال ومعالجة طلبات جوازات السفر البيومترية ، التسجيلات القنصلية، الحالة المدنية، ملفات الخدمة الوطنية، الوكالات والمصادقات، فضلاً عن التكفل بالشؤون الاجتماعية والقانونية وتسليم وثائق قنصلية جاهزة. كما طرح عدد من المواطنين جملة من الاستفسارات والانشغالات والمقترحات تم تقديم شروحات وتوضيحات وتوجيهات بشأنها و تم معالجة عدد كبير من الملفات بعين المكان.
وقد أعرب أفراد الجالية عن ارتياحهم الكبير لهذه المبادرة، التي مكنتهم من الاستفادة من خدمات قنصلية متعددة بالقرب من أماكن إقامتهم، وفرت عليهم عناء وتكاليف التنقل إلى لندن، خاصة بالنسبة للعائلات، مثمنين في ذات السياق جهود القنصلية العامة في تعزيز التواصل والتكفل بانشغالاتهم.
وبهذه المناسبة، عبّر الحاضرون عن ترحيبهم الواسع بقرار فتح خط جوي مباشر يربط مدينة مانشستر بالجزائر العاصمة، المرتقب دخوله حيز الخدمة خلال شهر جوان 2026، معتبرين أن هذا المشروع يشكّل مكسباً هاماً للجالية، واستجابة فعلية لانشغال طالما تم طرحه، لما له من أثر إيجابي في تسهيل تنقلهم وتعزيز ارتباطهم بالوطن الأم.
Exceptional Revision of Electoral Lists (12–26 April 2026)
Pursuant to Presidential Decree No. 26-145 dated 4 April 2026, calling the electorate to elect Members of the National People’s Assembly on Thursday, 2 July 2026, and in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 21-01 dated 10 March 2021, relating to the Organic Law on the Electoral System, as amended and supplemented, in particular Articles 62 and 65 thereof, the Independent National Authority for Elections informs all Algerian citizens that the exceptional revision period of the electoral lists will open from Sunday, 12 April and close on Sunday, 26 April 2026.
For this purpose, the Electoral List Revision Committee of the electoral district of the Consulate General of Algeria in London informs all Algerian citizens registered with its services and residing within its consular jurisdiction that they may carry out the following procedures:
1- Registration on the Electoral Lists
For citizens who will have reached the age of eighteen (18) on the date of the election (2 July 2026) and who have not previously registered on the electoral lists.
2- Removal from the Electoral Lists
This concerns citizens who have changed their place of residence. Removal is carried out automatically in the following cases:
- Death;
- Transfer of the consular file to another diplomatic or consular mission;
- Issuance of a Certificate of Change of Residence (CCR);
- No contact with the Consulate General for more than ten (10) years;
- Duplicate registration or error in the electoral list.
3- Verification of Personal Information
Citizens already registered on the electoral lists may verify the accuracy of their personal details and update them where necessary (surname, given name, filiation, address, etc.).
How to Submit Applications During the Revision Period
Citizens may submit their applications for registration or removal from the electoral lists through the following means:
In person at the Consulate General of Algeria in London, from Tuesday to Saturday, between 09:00 and 16:00, in order to complete:
- Electoral registration application form :
- Electoral removal application form :
By email, after completing the relevant form(s), to: elections@ algerian-consulate.org.uk
By post to the Consulate General’s address, no later than Sunday, 26 April 2026 (postmark serving as proof of dispatch date).
Important Reminder
Consular registration does not automatically constitute registration on the electoral lists.
